I have helped build and scale security programs, develop products, and rethink established security and privacy approaches when yesterday’s solutions no longer fit today’s organizations. I am particularly interested in the human side of transformation. Modernizing a program is rarely just a technology problem—it requires changing assumptions, behaviors, processes, and culture.
